Obituary

Franklin A.Breakwell,52,of 304 Baltimore street,Belle Vernon,died in the Presbyterian Hospital,Pittsburgh,June 5,1955,at 2:30 a.m. He was born in Washington Township,June 27,1902,and was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church. He was employed at the Allenport mill of Pittsburgh Steel company. He is survived by his wife,Rachel Breakwell,one son,Franklin Robert of Lynnwood,four daughters,Mrs.Norris (Doris) McGrath,Vanderbilt,R.D.,Mrs.Victor (Ruth) Sebesta of Binghamton,New York,Mrs.John (Phyllis) Crea of Fayette City,Mrs.Wade (Mary Jane) Roe of Belle Vernon,three brothers,George of Masontown,Charles of Pittsburgh and Clifford,Belle Vernon,two sisters,Mrs.Richard Hamer of Fayette City,R.D.,and Mrs.Edna Paulman of Belle Vernon R.D.,and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Wednesday,June 8,1955,at 3 p.m.in charge of Rev.David Hunter,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer and Shelby D.Ferguson are the funeral directors.
