Mrs.Bertha Morris Arn,67,of 5815 Library Road,bethel Park,formerly of Belle Vernon,died Sunday,April 7,1968,at 9 p.m.in Novato,Calif.,where she was visiting her son,John A.Qrn. Mrs.Arn was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Monessen,American Legion Post 659 Auxiliary and Lady Belle Rebekah Lodge,both of Belle Vernon. She had taught school in the primary grades in belle Vernon for 20 years.,retiring in 1963. She moved to Bethel Park in 1967. Mrs.Arn was born in Barnesboro on Sept.12,1900. Surviving besides her son are a daughter,Mrs.Rodney (Ruth) Elder of bethel Park,and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 2 p.m.,April 10. Service there Thursday,April 11,1968,at 1:30 p.m.with the Rev.Gilbert Watt,pastor of St.David Episcopal Church of Venetia,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is the funeral director.
