Obituary

Emma Borgiorno Zuraw,76,of 317 Shady Ave.,Charleroi,died Saturday,Sept.12,1987,in Mon Valley Hospital.  Born on May 11,1913,in Webster,she was a daughter of the late Peter and Ida Caville Vivian. She was a member of St.Mary's Episcopal Church,Charleroi.  She was preceded in death by her first husband,Samuel Bongiorno,two brothers,Albert and Alfred Vivian,and three sisters,Adelaide Benemati,Adeline Battistone,and Isabelle San Francisco.  Surviving are her husband,John Zuraw,four sons,Philip R.Bongorino of Perryopolis,Samuel A.,Alfred B.and Jerry H.Bongiorno,all of Charleroi,one daughter,Mrs. David (Vivian) Beto of Norristown,Pa.,one brother,Adolf Vivian of Norristown,one sister,Mrs.Alphonso (Helen) Organtini of Norristown,15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Leonard M.Pavlik Funeral Home,Inc.,235 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi.  A Funeral Vigil will be held Monday evening in the funeral home at 8:30 p.m.  Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m.in the funeral home,with Rev.Keith Ackerman officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Leonard M.Pavlik Funeral Home, Inc.,is in charge of arrangements.
