Obituary

Charles E.Watts,75,of Donora,died Thursday,,Aug. 21,1997,in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township. Born June 4,1922,in North Charleroi,he was a son of the late Albert C.and Josephine Morgan Watts. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Monongahela,where he was chairman of the Class Leaders and a past coordinator of the church food bank. Mr.Watts was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp., Monessen plant.
He was a U.S. Army veteran
of World War II.
Mr. Watts had been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include his wife,
Helen Tomalski Watts, two
daughters and a son-in-law,
Kathleen and Stephen Ziats of
Marianna and Pamela Joy
Watts at home, one brother, Albert Watts of Fallowfield Township: two sisters. Mrs. Robert
(Laura Mae) Armentrout of
Oregon and Mrs. Glenn
(Laverne) Williams of North
Charleroi, and two grandchildren, Shane and Stephanie
Ziats.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in
the Schrock-Hogan Funeral
Home Inc., 226 Fallowfield
Ave., Charleroi,where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.William Bailey of the Free Methodist Church of Monongahela officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.
