Leonard L. Winn, 58,of 2009 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,died Friday, Oct. 22,1993,at 5:10 p.m. in his residence. Mr. Winn was born Feb. 22,1935,in Fairhope, a son of the late Guy and Helene Hogan Winn. He was a former foreman with Mathies Coal Mine. Mr. Winn had been a Monessen resident the past 30 years. He was a member of The Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church,Monessen and the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club,Fairhope. Mr. Winn was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn Arabia Winn; one son, Michael Winn at home; three brothers,John Winn of Perryopolis, Vincent Winn of Belle Vernon and Robert Winn of Virginia Beach,Va.and one sister,Mrs. Ronald (Patricia) Ledgerton of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Raymond D. Dalfonso Funeral Home, 441 Reed Ave.,Monessen. A Blessing Service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home,followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in The Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church,Monessen. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Raymon D. Dalfonso Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
