Roberta Anne Waggoner;53;of Charleroi;died Monday;Oct.29;1990;in McKeesport Hospital. She was born Dec.18;1936;in Donora;a daughter of Anna Krivyanik Williams of Belle Vernon R.D.5 and the late William E.Williams. Mrs.Waggoner was a graduate of Rostraver High School and Douglas School of Business. She was a member of First Christian Church of Charleroi and was a member and immediate past president of the Mon Valley Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs.Waggoner had been active in the Girl Scout and Brownies organizations. At the time of her death;she was employed as a medical assistant and licensed phlebotomist at the office of Dr. Geosette Langenheim in Charleroi. In addition to her mother;survivors include her husband;Charleroi street commissioner Robert E.Waggoner;two sons;Robert E.Waggoner Jr.of Charleroi and Rick E.Waggoner at home;three daughters;Rhonda House of Charleroi and Raina and Resee Waggoner;both at home;six grandchildren;one brother;William E.Williams Jr.of Tustin;Calif.;and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. with Dr.George M.Hickok;pastor of the First Christian Church of Charleroi;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
