Obituary

Edwin Howard Wilbraham of 901 S.Massachusetts Ave.,Deland,Fla.,died Monday,Sept.23,1985,at 4 p.m.at his home. He was 71. Mr.Wilbraham was born Aug.25,1914,in Pittsburgh,a son of the late John and Isabella Archbold. A resident of Deland the past nine years,he was formerly of Perryopolis. Mr.Wilbraham retired in 1976 from the U.S.Steel Corp.,Irvin Works. He had also been employed at U.S.Steel's Donora Works. Survivors include his wife,Sara West Wilbraham,a son,David E.Wilbraham Sr.of Silver Spring,Md.,two daughters,Mrs.Kenneth (Helen Jean) Griffith of Noblestown and Mrs.John (Naomi) Bradish of Connellsville,a brother,Frank Wilbraham of Pittsburgh,nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Saturday,Sept.28,at 11 a.m. with the Rev.David Aldridge,a retired Church of the Nazarene pastor,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of arrangements.
