Edwin Howard Wilbraham of 901 S.Massachusetts Ave.;Deland;Fla.;died Monday;Sept.23;1985;at 4 p.m.at his home. He was 71. Mr.Wilbraham was born Aug.25;1914;in Pittsburgh;a son of the late John and Isabella Archbold. A resident of Deland the past nine years;he was formerly of Perryopolis. Mr.Wilbraham retired in 1976 from the U.S.Steel Corp.;Irvin Works. He had also been employed at U.S.Steel’s Donora Works. Survivors include his wife;Sara West Wilbraham;a son;David E.Wilbraham Sr.of Silver Spring;Md.;two daughters;Mrs.Kenneth (Helen Jean) Griffith of Noblestown and Mrs.John (Naomi) Bradish of Connellsville;a brother;Frank Wilbraham of Pittsburgh;nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday;Sept.28;at 11 a.m. with the Rev.David Aldridge;a retired Church of the Nazarene pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
