He was a member of St.Leonard Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. Mr.Weibl retired on Sept.28;1984;from the coke plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.in Monessen. Survivors include his widow;Margaret Cherack Weibl;a son;Carl Weibl;Jr.at home; three brothers;Frank of Monessen;Philip of Aston and Clarence of Belle Vernon;and a sister;Mrs.Ida McElfresh of Monessen. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;where services will be held on Friday;Nov.23;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by additional services at 10 a.m. in St.Leonard R.C.Church with the Rev.Patrick O’Connor officiating.
