Anna (Glotz) Valko,81,of the Char house,Charleroi,died Monday,Oct. 11,1993,at 4:45 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township. Mrs. Valko was born Dec. 16,1911,in Monessen,a daughter of the late Carl and Rosalie Yasinsky Glotz. She was a member of Mary,Mother of the Church Parish,Charleroi. Her husband,Michael Valko,died Oct. 13,1979. Two brothers,Michael and Frederick Glotz,and one sister, Mary Mahalik,are also deceased. Surviving are four sons, George Valko in Michigan,Edward Valko of Charleroi,Leonard Valko of Monessen and Henry Valko of Belle Vernon;three daughters,Mrs. Donald (Agnes) Mason of Hiller,Mrs. John (Irene) Baker of Belle Vernon,and Roseann Valko of Pittsburgh; five brothers,Peter Glotz of Chandlers Valley,Paul Glortz of Cleveland,Ohio,Carl and Andrew Glotz,both of Russell,and Harry Glotz of Warren,Pa.;two sisters,Sophie Kobojek of Russell and Josephine Newton of Warren,Pa.,14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.,Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday until 10:30 a.m.
