Paul O.Ventura;64;of 100 Reed Ave.;Monessen;died in Mon Valley Hospital on Monday;March 4;1991;at 10:45 p.m. He was born in Belle Vernon on Oct.10;1926;a son of the late George and Alice Metz Ventura. Mr.Ventura was a veteran of World War II;and served in the U.S.Navy. He retired in 1980 from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company;Monessen plant;Pump House Department. He was a Monessen resident for 25 years. He was preceded in death by his wife;Dolores Ventura;who died on March 9;1986. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.Gerard (Lynn) DeiCas of Charleroi;one son;Lee Ventura of Pittsubrgh;one grandson;Nicholas Ventura;and two brothers;John Ventura of Belle Vernon and George Ventura of the state of Wisconsin. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen. Services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m.with Rev.Kenneth Peters of Bentleyville Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Belle Vernon Cemetery.
