Thelma L.VanDivner of 434 Bluff St.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;Nov.28;1987;in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 76. Mrs.VanDivner was born Nov.11;1911;a daughter of the late Curtis R.and Bertha Anderson Headley. She was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church;Rostraver Township;and the Rostraver AARP. She was also a member of the Fayette City Golden Agers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband;James VanDivner;a son;Arthur M.VanDivner;and by a sister;Marguerite Milalic. Survivors include a son;Billie L.VanDivner of Belle Vernon;a daughter;Janice F.VanDivner of Phoenix;Ariz.;one sister;Mrs.Mario (Lillian) Pesi of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the James C.Stump Funeral Home;Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township. Family and friends will gather at the Olive Branch Baptist Church;Rostraver Twp.;on Wednesday;Dec.2;at 11 a.m.;at which time services will be held with the Rev.D.W.Norton;pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C.Stump Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
