Batiste W. Viviani of 334 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,died Saturday,April 21,1984,at 2:15 p.m. in his home. He was 77. Mr. Viviani was born March 29,1907,in Monessen,a son of the late Giocomo and Domenica Beneamati Viviani. He was a retired employee of the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. Mr. Viviani was a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon community. He was a member of St. Sebasiian's Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon;Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus Council 3026;Belle Vernon American Legion;Belle Vernon Musical Society;and the North Italian Club of Monessen. Mr. Viviani was preceded in death by his wife,Mary Tintori Viviani on July 9,1979;by one sister,Clara Andrews;and by one brother,William Viviani,in March of 1964. Surviving are one daughter,Mrs. Robert (Bernadette) Joris,of Belle Vernon;one brother,Ernest Viviani,of Long Branch;two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Mary) Beneamati of Clarksville,Pa. and Mrs. Florence Benny of Portage,Ind.;and two granddaughters, Lori and Jodie Joris,both of Belle Vernon. Friends were received Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. ane will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus Council No. 3026 services will be held Monday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. A Prayer Service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home,followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian's R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Hhome,is in charge of arrangements.
