Sabatina (Rose) Trozzo of the Belle Vernon Apartments died Monday, Feb. 22,1982 at 2:20 a.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital Inc. She was 84. Mrs. Trozzo was born Jan. 28,1898 in Webster,a daughter of the late Nicole and Mary Feola. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 68 years,she was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. Mrs.Trozzo was also a member of Anita Garibaldi Lodge,CD of A,Ladies Auxiliary of the Sons of Italy,and the Golden Agers,all of Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband,John B. Trozzo on Sept. 14,1959,and a daughter,Gilda Tomayko on Aug. 25,1973. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Wilbur H. (Marie) Wallace and Mrs. Delma Stofan,both of Belle Vernon;one brother, Luke Pascoe of Pringle,Pa.;ons sister, Mrs. Eleanor Raffelo of Belle Vernon;seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Sebastian Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
