Obituary

Anna Cirincione Santoro,95,of 403 Bluff St.(rear) died Sunday,June 11,2000,at 1:20 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Dec.16,1904,in Campo,Felici,Sicily,a daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria Puleo Cirincione. Mrs.Santoro was a resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 30 years and formerly lived in Monessen. She was a homemaker and a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and its St.Anthony's Rosary Society of the church.She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Belle Vernon Court 1522,was a past member of the Mutual Aid Society of Monessen and a past member of the former St.Cajetan Roman Catholic Church of Monessen and its Ladies Altar Society. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law,Fred and Justina Santoro of Belle Vernon,two daughters and a son-in-law,Carmella and Michael Bamburak of Clariton and Mary Kalcevich of Clairton,a daughter-in-law,Dorothy Santoro of Charleroi,a brother,Rosario Cirincione of Sicily,a niece and her husband,Erminia and John Gombos of Monessen,10 grandchildren,and 17 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Anthony Santoro in 1968,a son,Sam Santoro,a grandson,Anthony R.Santoro,three sisters,Margarita D'Annibale,Rosaria DeLuca and Catherine Cirincione,and by a son-in-law,Leonard Kalcevich. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Family owned and operated. A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home,followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Legion of Mary and Catholic Daughters of the Americas,Belle Vernon Court 1522 will recite the Rosary Tuesday at 3 p.m.in the funeral home.
