Dolores Sukel,72,of Charleroi,died Thursday,June 1,1995,in Mercy Hospital,Pittsburgh. Mrs. Sukel was born May 23,1923,in Charleroi,a daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Dean Johns.At the time of her death,she was employed as head cook at the Charleroi Area High School and was also an employee of LaEda's in Monessen. Mrs. Sukel was a member of Mary,Mother of the Church,Charleroi and the Charleroi Goodwill Club. Surviving are two sons, William of Kingsport,Tenn.,and Thomas of Charleroi,and four grandchildren,Stephanie Sukel-Hanlon,Lori Ann Sukel,Sam Stockton and Jullian Sukel. Her husband,Albert J. Sukel,one brother, William Johns,and one sister, Eleanor DeiCas,are deceased. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes Inc.,235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Mary,Mother of The Church Parish, Third Street Site, Charleroi. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes Inc.is handling arrangements.
