Frank J.(Hap) Sezawich;60;of Perryopolis R.D.1;died Tuesday;Sept.20;1988;at 7:15 a.m.at his home. He was born April 1;1928;in Charleroi;a son of the late Matthew and Anna Polka Sezawich. Mr.Sezawich was a member of Brightwell Daugherty American Legion Post No.484 in Fayette City;Fairhope Rod & Gun Club;and Rod & Gun Club bowling league. He served in the U.S.Army in World War II and was retired from the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation at Monessen. Mr.Sezawich was Catholic by faith. He was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. Surviving are his wife;Helen Kuspert Sezwich;three sons;Karl of Havelock;N.C.;Andrew of Fort Ord;Calif. and Frank of Philadelphia;two daughters;Mrs.Terry Karen Kasely of Pittsburgh and Amy Sezawich at home;two brothers;Cyril of Charleroi and Michael of Coal Center;one sister;Mrs.Dorothy Wavrek of Charleroi;and eight grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Main Street;Fayette City;on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 t 9 p.m.and on Friday until 10 a.m.;when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home with the Rev.Thomas G.Rinn;pastor of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
