Born in Newell;Nov.16;1898;she was a daughter of the late Michael and Laura Simpson Dugan. Mrs.Sergi was preceded in death by her husband;Samuel;Aug.9;1975;a son;James Sergi and a daughter;Pauline Woodering. Mrs.Sergi had lived in Monessen for the past year;but spent most of her life in the Belle Vernon area. Surviving are five sons;Frank Sergi of Lebanon;Missouri;Domenick of Tavaras;Fla.;Sam of Belle Vernon and John and David;both of Monessen;six daughters;Mrs.Ralph (Frances) Caputo of Pontaiac;Mich.;Mrs.James (Lena) Jampedro of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Michael (Catherine) Uhor of Arnold City;Margaret Acton and Loretta Cooper;both of Charleroi;and Mrs.William (Jeanne) Neinhause of Columbus;Ohio;a sister;Loretta Crea of Belle Vernon;38 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where prayer services will be held Thursday;Jan.30;at noon.
