Rose Scott of Seaford;N.Y.;formerly of Fayette City;died Friday;Dec.20;1985;at 2:15 p.m. in Massapiqua General Hospital;Seaford;following a lengthy illness. She was 73. Mrs.Scott was born Nov.22;1912;in Monessen;a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Krafchek Rade. She was Catholic. Survivors include two sons;William Scott of Houston;Texas;and James Scott of Lauderhill;Fla.;three daughters;Rose Marie Scott;Gloria Scott of an Antonio;Texas and another daughter from Long Island;N.Y.;and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. and Monday until 1 p.m.;at which time a prayer service will be held in the funeral home;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church with the Rev.Fr.Thomas G.Rinn;pastor of the church;as celebrant. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
