Mr.Saccani was born April 8;1902;in Bunola;a son of the late Serafino Saccani and Lucia Formentini Saccani Vitti. He was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Allenport Plant. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son;William J.Saccani;and a sister;Helen Costanza. Survivors include his wife;Dolores Saccani;three daughters;Mrs.Roman (Bertha) Bonitati of Annapolis;Md.;Mrs.Yolanda Smith of Donora and Mrs.Fred (Patty) Hoyes of Belle Vernon;two brothers;Leo Saccani of Charleroi and Tech Saccani of Waltham;Mass.; a sister;Ada Ehko of Charleroi;19 grandchiodren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday;April 16;from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.;at which time services will be held with the Rev.Thomas St.Clair;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
