Zeryl (Swannee) Swann of 713 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;died Saturday;Feb.2;1985;at 4:20 a.m. in Jefferson Center. He was 63. Born July 25;1921;in Charleroi he was a son of the late John and Bessie Swann. Mr.Swann was a veteran of World War II;serving with the U.S.Army. He was employed with the Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation. Mr.Swann was a member of VFW Post 167 of Charleroi. Surviving are five brothers;John of Belle Vernon;Richard of Fellsburg;Donald of Gillespie;Ill.;Raymond of Charleroi and Bernard of Parma;Ohio;three sisters;Mrs.Frank (Elma) Vaccariello of Pinesville;Ohio;Mrs.Vella Bahsterri of Bedford;Ohio;and Mrs. John (Zala) Hauschak of Charleroi R.D.2 and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev.Gerald McCormick officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.
