Wanda R. Stanley, 95, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in Country Care Manor. A daughter of the late Thomas J. and Frances Katchmark Keffer, she was born on June 8, 1929. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, she was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the former Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She is survived by a daughter and two sons in-law, Amy and Richard Stofan and Joe Vaccaro, all of Belle Vernon; a daughter in-law, Susan Stanley of Belle Vernon; eight grandchildren, Carly (Jason) Theakston, Kelly (John) Truskey, Todd (Maria) Vaccaro, Heather (Jimmy) Titus, Jillian Sharp, David (Abigail) Stanley, Lauren (Cody) Sethman and Abby Stanley; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Amos J. Stanley, in 2007; a daughter, Frances Vaccaro, in 2014; and two sons, Thomas Stanley, in 1999 and David Stanley, in 2015. There will be no public visitation or funeral services. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
