Obituary

Harry W.Steinman,formerly of Washington, died
Thursday,March 3,1983, at 6 p.m. in The
Union Printers' Home, Colorado
Springs, Colo. He was
86.
Mr. Steinman was born in
Pittsburgh on March 29, 1896,a son of the late Edward
Daleton and Clara Ewing
Steinman.
He was a member of the
Church of the Covenant,
Washington, and attended
Mt. Pleasant and Fayette City
schools.
He was a resident of
Washington since 1927, where
he was employed by the
Observer Publishing Co. until
retirement in 1966.He was a member of the
Sunset Lodge No. 633 F&AM,
Washington Council No I,
Royal Arch Chapter No. 130,
Tall Cedars No. I49 and RPO
Elks No. 776.
In addition to his parents,
he was preceded in death by
his wife, Mae E. Steinman in April,1973. He is survived by a daughter,Mr.Thomas V.(Lauretta) Wainwright of Bethlehem,Pa.,two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received In
the Richard H. Piatt Funeral
Home, 130 E. Wheeling St..
Washington. Pa.. Monday
from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30
p.m.. the hour of service in
the funeral home, with Dr. H.
McConnell,pastor,Church
of the Covenant, Washington.
Pa., officiating. Burial will be
in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
The family suggests contributions
in Mr. Stelnman's
memory may be made to the
Union Printers Home, Colorado
Springs, Colo.
Piatt and Barnhlll Funeral

of arrangements.
