Mrs.Slavina was born Oct.6;1897;in Rostraver Twp.;a daughter of the late John and Lydia Brown Popp. A Protestant by faith;she was preceded in death by two husbands;Robert Foulks and Nick Slavina. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.Irene Chambers of Belle Vernon;one son;Robert Foulks of Monessen;two sisters;Mrs.Anna Elder and Mrs.Devona Hornack;both of Belle Vernon;RD 2;two brothers;Raymond Popp of New Eagle and Walter Popp of Belle Vernon;RD 2;four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Robert A.Billick Funeral Home;Inc.;Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue;Monessen;Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 12 noon to 3 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
