Obituary

Robert E.Stewart,424 Rostraver Rd.,Belle Vernon died Wednesday,Oct.22,1980,upon arrival at Mon Valley Hospital. He was 68. Born May 1,1912 in Monessen,he was the son of the late Clyde Stewart and Louise Barker Stewart of Belle Vernon,who survives. Mr.Stewart was a retired employee of the Donora Southwestern Railroad. He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,Fayette City. Mr.Stewart was preceded in death by his wife,Sarah Kelinor Stewart,on Oct.19,1969,and a son,Robert M.Stewart,on Nov.7,1974. In addition to his mother,he is survived by two daughters,Mrs.Frank (Suzanne) Duda of Fayette City and Mrs.Andra Cabaday of the state of California,eight grandchildren,and two brothers,Clyde Richard Stewart of Belle Vernon and Edward A.Stewart of Olmstead Falls,Ohio. Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m.in the funeral home,with Elder Thomas Hamer of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,Fayette City,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
