Charles Robert "Till" Roy, 84,of Charleroi,died Tuesday, Nov.10,1998, in the Washington Hospital. He was born Nov. 23,1913, in Charleroi, a son of the late Robert and Annie Sheets Roy. Mr. Roy was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the F&AM Lodge 615, both of Charleroi. He retired from the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Survivors include his wife, Cora Morrow Roy; a son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Peggy Roy of Las Vegas,Nev.; four granddaughters, Tammy Roy Morris, Tina Roy Donelson,Natalie Sheets Greynolds and Margaret Sheets Poulos; and five great-grandchildren,Scott and Ryan Morris, Kalya Donelson,and Gretchen and Joey Reynolds. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Roy and a sister, Emma Roy Frazier. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home,Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi.
