Leda DeBerardinis Rizzuto;89;of Monessen;died Friday;March 7;1997;at Jefferson Hospital;Jefferson. She was born March 24;1907;in Nereto;Italy;a daughter of the late Abramo and Guiseppena DeBerardinis. Mrs.Rizzuto was a resident of Donora from 1920 ato 1938 and moved to Monessen where she was currently residing. She was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. For the past 35 years she had worked with her son as sales clerk and assistant manager for Rizzuto Jewelers of Charleroi. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law;Frank J. Bucky (Monessen City Treasurer) and Nancy Stura Rizzuto of Monessen;a grandson and his wife;Frank J.Jr.and Rebecca Rizzuto;and a granddaughter;Dana Jo Rizzuto. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Frank M.Rizzuto;who died Oct.12;1969;and two brothers;Tito DeBerardinis and Patsy DeBerardinis. Friends will be recieved in the Dalsonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc.;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen;Sunday afrom 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home;followed by Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
