Mary Ann Anderson Rawls;35;of San Jose;Calif.;formerly of Monessen;died Sunday Jan.30;1994;at 12 a.m.in Stanford University Hospital;San Jose;Calif. after a lengthy illness. She was born Feb.17;1958;in Charleroi;a daughter of Emanuel and Thelma Anderson.  Survivors include her husband;Duane Rawls;and one daughter;Kenya.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m.in the Church of God in Christ;Reed Avenue;Monessen;where funeral services will be held Thursday;Feb.10;at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Joseph E.Bass;pastor;officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The William R.Taylor Funeral Home;645 McMahon Ave.;Monessen;Trudy Taylor;director;is in charge of the arrangements.
