Ethel C.Randall of 519 Speer St.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;June 15;1988;at 4 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 69. Mrs.Randall was born Dec.17;1918;in Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Harry and Ella Coughenour Cowher. A lifelong Belle Vernon area resident;she was a member of the First Baptist Church;Belle Vernon. Mrs.Randall had worked for 18 years at the former Vic’s Clothing Store in Belle Vernon. Survivors include her husband;Eugene Randall;one son;Dr.Eugene H.Randall of Martinsville;Va.;one daughter;Mrs.Michael (Marlene) Runatz of Robinson Township;one brother;Laird Cowher of Crafton;one sister;Bernice Bowman of St.Petersburg;Fla.;and four grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.;with the Rev.Donald A.Schnarr of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
