Arthur E.Raisbeck of 604 Orchard St.;North Charleroi;died Thursday;Nov.15;1984;at 7:39 p.m. at Mon Valley Hospital. He was 79. Born in Fayette City;July 7;1905;he was a son of the late James and Sarah Wrightson Raisbeck. Mr.Raisbeck was a resident of the Mon Valley area his entire life. He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Charleroi. Mr.Raisbeck retired as a railroad engineer for the Monessen plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by three brothers;John;William and Carl Raisbeck and two sisters;Ethel Evans and Eleanor Bollinger. Surviving are his wife;Margaret Nelson Raisbeck; two daughters;Mrs.Robert (Peggy) Pireaux of Fallowfield Township and Mrs. Thomas (Marlene) Bert of Seabring;Ohio;six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren;three brothers;Harold Raisbeck of Ocala;Fla.;Richard Raisbeck of Carroll Township and Fred Raisbeck of Zanesville;Ohio and three sisters;Mrs.Viola Bradford and Cecelia Raisbeck;both of Zanesville and Mrs.Belle Innes of Novato;Calif. Friends will be received on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with Elder Charles Masters officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
