Charles Radek;70;of Pricedale;died Friday;Dec.10;1982;at 7:15 a.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital. Mr.Radek was born Sept.27;1912;in Molinar;Pa.;a son of the late Matthew and Wilhermina Radek. A resident of Pricedale since 1932;he was Protestant by faith. Mr.Radek served with the U.S.Army from 1928-1932. He was a retired employee of the United Mine Workers and was a former employee of Lincoln Homes;Elizabeth. Survivors include his widow;Margaret Corbett Radek;four sons;Charles Frederick and Harry Vincent;both of Carson;Calif.;Marvin Paul of Hawaiian Gardens;Calif.and Carl Henry of West Newton;one brother;Herman of Cleveland;three sisters;Mrs.Hazel Long and Mrs.Amelia Bodnar;both of Monessen;and Mrs. Martha Page of Jamestown;N.Y.;11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home;with the Rev.Walter Kirkland and the Rev.Eugene Spear of the Char-Belle Free Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
