Maureen D. Rolison of 519 Summit Ave.,Monessen,died Sunday,Feb. 4,1979,at 1 p.m. in Westmoreland Hospital,Greensburg,following a short illness. She was 37. Mrs. Rolison was born Oct. 25,1941,in Oxford,England,and had been a Monessen resident for the past 16 years. She was employed as a secretary for Monessen Catholic School,with her office located in the St. Cajetan Building. Mrs. Rolison was a member of St. Leonard R.C.Church,Monessen. Survivors include her widower,William Rolison;two daughters, Denise and Lee Ann,both at home;one son,William L. (Chip) Rolison,at home; her father, William Maher,in Ireland,and a sister,Mrs. Susan Joynson of Oxford, England. Friends will be received in the Rhome Funeral Home,Inc.1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday. A Prayer service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. followed at 10 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Leonard R.C.Chruch,Monessen. The Rev. Henry P. Dimicco,pastor,will be the celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parish Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. The Rhome Funeral Home,Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
