Henrietta Ruth Fazio Petrosky,73,formerly of Graham Avenue,Belle Vernon,died Monday,Sept. 21,1998,at 4:20 p.m. in the Fairview Valley Retirement Home, Beallsville. She was born Sept. 28,1924,in Fayette City,a daughter of the late John and Margaret McCafferty Fazio. Mrs. Petrosky was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon,where she was a member of the St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. She was also a homemaker. Survivors include two sons,Gregory M. Petrosky of Long Branch and Timothy E. Petrosky of Indianapolis,Ind.,two sisters,Mrs. Sam (Margaret) Muro of Belle Vernon and Rose Cicco of Belle Vernon;and one grandson,Gregory Petrosky of Long Branch. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Walter E. Petrosky on Sept.11,1989,and a brother, Joseph Andrew Fazio. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Legion of Mary will recite the Rosary Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. The Leoanrd J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
