129 Krolic St.; Belle Vernon
(Arnold City); died Monday;
Aug. 19; 1996; at 4:15 a.m. at
home.
She was born Nov. 28; 1940;
in Arnold City; a daughter of
the late Abraham Jackson and
of Beatrice Vales Jackson Summers; who survives and resides
in Belle Vernon.
Mrs. Potts was a resident of
Arnold City for the past five
years; previously residing in
Pittsburgh.
She was a member of the
Pleasant Green A.M.E. Church
of Pricedale; where she also
served as a stewardess.
In addition to her mother;
she is survived by her husband;
Ernest Potts; three stepsons;
Quintin Potts of Williamsport;
Martin Potts of the state of Arizona and Grant Potts of Pittsburgh; one stepdaughter;
Mindy Potts of Philadelphia; a
sister; Mrs. Rick (Elizabeth) Harris of Belle Vernon and three step-grandchildren. In addition to her father;she was preceded in death by a daughter;Elizabeth Ann Jackson. Friends will be received Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.in the Pleasant Green A.M.E.Church;Johnson Ave.;Pricedale. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m.in the Pleasant Green A.M.E.Church with the Rev.Robert Bailey;pastor;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;is in charge of the arrangements.
