Kathryn Yuhar Danesi Petty;88;died Friday;Jan.5;1996;in the Jefferson Care Manor;Jefferson Township. She was born Jan.7;1907;in Fayette City;a daughter of the late John and Catherine Stanko Yuhar. A Monessen resident for many years prior to moving to Belle Vernon;she was Catholic by faith and attended St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law;Donna nd George Haller of Vanderbilt R.D.1;four grandsons;Bill Dawson of Monessen;Jeff and Eric Dawson of Belle Vernon;and Scott Haller of Vanderbilt R.D.2;two great-granddaughters;Billie Jo and Nikki Dawson of Monongahela;and one sister;Anne Proppe of Denver;Colo. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Steve Petty;one infant son;Bobby Petty;and three sisters;Florence Wolek;Margaret Driscoll and Elsie Proppe. Friends will be recived Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.John Cindric;pastor of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
