Kathryn H. Palfrey, 56, of 1263 Golden Lake Road, Fort Meyers, Fla., and formerly of Warren, Ohio, and Belle Vernon, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1995, at her home. She was born in Belle Vernon June 8. 1938, a daughter of the late Windfield Harvey, who died Sept. 20,1993, and Martha Miller Harvey, who survives and resides in Fort Meyers. Mrs. Palfrey was a member of the Belle Vernon First United Methodist Church. She had lived in Florida since 1994, moving there from Warren, Ohio. She retired as a purchasing agent for a retail hardware store. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Dale Palfrey; two sons and daughters-in-law, Scott William and Roseann Palfrey of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Michael and Joyce Palfrey of Elizabeth City, N.C.; one brother, James Harvey of Danielson, Conn.; one sister, Roberta Lesovic of Danielson, Conn.; and four grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr.Thomas St.Clair of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. If friends wish,dnations may be made to the Hope Hospice of Ft.
