Edna Mae Praskavich of 220 Reed Ave.;Monessen;died Tuesday;Dec.10;1985;at 6 a.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital. She was 71. Mrs.Praskavich was born June 7;1914;in Roscoe;a daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Redmer Bloom. A Monessen resident since 1958;she had formerly lived in Brownsville. Survivors include her husband;Michael;four sons;James Pendo of Virginia;Frank Pendo of Belle Vernon;George Koval of Portland;Ore.;and Kevin Koval at home;three daughters;Donna Brant of Bridgeville;Judy Portland of Charleroi and Mrs.Ronald (Diana) Smaracheck of Monessen;one brother;William Blum of Charleroi;two sisters;Julia Rose of Perryopolis and Caroline Wehousie of Washington;Pa.;14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be no public viewing. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;is handling the arrangements.
