William J. Pierotti; formerly of Belle Vernon; of the
Passavant Health Center;
Zelienople; Pa.; died Friday;
March 2;1984; at 2:06 p m in
Allegheny General Hospital;
Pittsburgh. He was 77.
Mr. Pierotti was born July
23;1906; in Monessen; a son of
the late Joseph and Lila
Walsh Pierotti.
He was a retired employee
of the Monessen Plant of
Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corporation.
Mr. Pierotti had lived in the
Passavant Health Center the
past five years.
In addition to his parents;
he was preceded in death by
two brothers; Walter Pierotti
in 1981; and Raymond Pierotti m 1951.
Mr. Pierotti was a member
of the Seaman Memorial
Lutheran Church of Zelienople; and was a former
member of the Lutheran
Church of Belle Vernon and
its church choir.
Surviving are his wife;Cleo Marie Hanly Pierotti;one brother;George Pierotti;of Monessen;one sister;Mrs.Helen DeiCas ;of Charleroi;a sister-in-law;DeVota Pierotti;of Monessen;and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home;with Pastor Ralph S.Spear of the Seaman Memorial Lutheran Church;Zelienople;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
