and Anna Lotti Picchiarini.
A lifelong resident of the
Belle Vernon community;
Mr. Picchiarini retired
March 3; 1972; as a millright
at the Monessen Plant of
Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corp.
He was a veteran of World
War II having served with the
U.S. Navy and was a member
of St. Sebastian R.C. Church;
Belle Vernon; and Belle Vernon American Legion Post
659.
Survivors Include his
widow; Linda Paterra Picchiarini; two daughters; Mrs.
Daniel (Olivia) Leopold of
Belle Vernon and Mrs. Barry
(Joann) Adams of
Ebensburg; two brothers;
Aldo Picchiarini of Belle Vernon and Elmo Picchiari of Monessen;one sister;Mrs.George (Delma) Bindi of Monessen;and two grandchildren;Joshua and Rachel Leopold. Friends will be received in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday. A Prayer service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 9 a.m.to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 services will be held Thursday at 7:15 p.m.in the funeral home. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
