Mabel V. Osborne,72, a life-long resident of Belle Vernon,died Saturday,Feb. 25,1995,at her home,21 Grand St.,Belle Vernon. She was born Sept. 24,1922,in Grayson County,Va.,a daughter of the late Pearl and Coy Osborne. She was a member of the Senior Action Council and the former Speers St. AME Church. Surviving are three brothers,Samuel Osborne and Herman Osborne of the Belle Vernon Apartments and Dwight Osborne of Donora. In addition to her parents, se was preceded in death by three brothers, Wayman Osborne,Lonnie Osborne and Walter Osborne,and three sisters,Rose Callahan,Mattie Osborne and Bessie Woods. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Antioch Baptist Church,Belle Vernon. Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen is in charge of arrangements.
