Sara A.McFall O’Toole of Johnson Hollow;Fayette City;died Thursday;Jan.22;1981; at 9:30 a.m.in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh.  She was 61.  Mrs.O’Toole was born February 26;1919 in Allenport;a daughter of the late Michael and Anna Lavery McFall.  She was a member ofthe Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City.  Survivors include her husband;John (Jiggs) O’Toole;two sons;Jack of Fayette City and Thomas of Bay City;Mich.;two sisters;Mrs.William (Ruth) Indorante of Charleroi and Mrs.Mario (Jane) Bonde of Belle Vernon and eight grandchildren.    friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A Parish Wake Service will be held Sunday at 7 p.m.in the funeral home.  A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m.followed by a 10 a.m.Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Thomas G.Rinn;pastor;as celebrant.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  A Rosary Service will be held Saturday at 6 p.m.in the funeral home.  The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
