Herbert Francis (Herbie) Mollard;63;of R.D.Perryoplis;died Saturday;July 1;2000;in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was born Sept.29;1936;in Fairhope;Washington Township;the son of the late Richard Emanuel and Mary Kiefer Mollard. He was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;and was retired from DuPont Chemical Plant on Linden;N.J.. Since his retirement;he worked on the Matt Helon and Burnside Farms in Fayette City R.D. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army;a member of the D.A.V.;NRA and the Star Junction Fish and Game Club. He is survived by his wife;Barbara A.Fekete Mollard; a son;Frederick R.Mollard of Perryopolis R.D.;a daughter;Maryann and husband;Juan Ruiz;of Linden;N.J.;sisters;Norma and husband;Frank Hussar of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;and Shirley and husband;George Fugo;of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;brothers;Richard G.Mollard and wife;Jean;of Green Valley;Ariz.;Walter Earl Mollard;Fred and wife;Mary Ann Mollard;both of Monessen;three grandchildren;Joseph;Roxanne and Justin Ruiz;and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME;334 Main St.;Fayette City;Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday until 9:30 a.m.;when a prayer service will be held in the funeral home;followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Church;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.John Cindric as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
