Evelyn D. (Dolfi) Makovics;78;of 310 Henry St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;March 9;1997;in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh.   She was born Feb.19;1919;in Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Angelo and Amelia Levi Dolfi.  She was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon.  A life long resident of Belle Vernon;she owned and operated Dolfi’s Beauty Shop in Belle Vernon for many years.  Survivors include her husband;Dan A.Makovices;one brother;Emil Dolfi of Monongahela;and one sister;Theresa Ferrari of Glen Burie;Md.  In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by two brothers;Ernest Dolfi and Alfred Dolfi;who died in 1985. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a Prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.John Cindric as celebrant.  Entombment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
