Margaret Carroll Martz;74;of 313 Market St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;Nov.25;1996;at 11:20 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Born March 30;1922;in Charleroi;she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Maggie Dudgeon Carroll. Mrs.Martz was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon;where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs. Allen (Darlene) Clark of Belle Vernon;one son;Joseph Martz of Florida;a brother;William Carroll of Missouri;four grandchildren;Allan Clark;Jr.;Joseph (Leo) Clark;Jerry Clark and Charlotte Clark;and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Harry (Moe) Martz;in June 1977;and a daughter;Margaret Darlene Martz. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. David H.Lindberg;pastor of California United Methodist Church;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
