Obituary
Mary (Paskan) Mikula,80,of Arnold City,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday, April 10,1996,at home following a lengthy illness. Born Jan.14,1916,in Fayette City,she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Walsen Pasken Sr. Mrs. Mikula was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew G. Mikula,on Feb. 27,1993;two brothers, John Paskan Jr. and Michael Paskan and a sister, Ann Kossa. Surviving are one son,Andrew L. Mikula,at home and one sister, Sophia Nusser of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 1:30 p.m. in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City. A Prayer service will be held in the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Friday,followed by a Funeral Mass at 2 p.m.in Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City,with the Rev. Richard E. Mackiewicz as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home.
