Charles F.Marshall Sr.;100;of 510 Charles St.;Speers Hill;died Friday;March 3;1995;in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.;Carroll Township.    Born June 18;1894;in California;Pa.;he was the son of the late John and Ann Marshall.  A resident of Speers for 26 years;Mr.Marshall was a member of F&AM Lodge 615;Charleroi.  He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War I.  He was formerly a bus driver;then in later years worked at the Pittsburgh office of the Pittsburgh Operating Engineers Local;where he maintained equipment.  In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Violet Bishop Marshall;in May 1977;two brothers;and five sisters.  Surviving are one son;Charles F.Marshall Jr.;of Brooksville;Fla.;one daughter;Mrs.George (Marion) Sutherland of Speers Hill;three grandchildren;Barbara Yuss;Debbie Smith;and Charles F.Marshall III;and four great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Monday at noon with the Rev.Charles K.Sowden;retired Methodist minister;officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
