Born Aug.19;1953;in New Eagle;he was the son of Robert L.and Susan Pellick McElfresh;who survive. Mr.McElfresh had lived at and attended the Ebensburg State School in Ebensburg. He was a member of First Baptist Church;Monessen. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents;John and Margaret Pellick;and his paternal grandfather;Frank McElfresh. Surviving;in addition to his parents;are a sister;Ida Lynn McElfresh;at home;and his paternal grandmother;Ida McElfresh. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen. Services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home Thursday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.D.David Fink officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
