Obituary

Jack Morgan,72,of Charleroi,died Monday,July 26,1993,in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township.  He was born Aug. 21,1920,in Fredericktown,Pa.,a son of the late Albert T. Morgan and Margaret Walker Brounce. Mr. Morgan was a World War II veteran serving in the U. S.Army with the 35th Infantry Division in Europe. He was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel,Allenport Plant with 38 years of service.  The last 13 years,he was a foreman at the Number Three Hot Mill (Old Tube Mill). He was a Bible student with the Connellsville Bible Students in Connellsville. Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife,Frances Guzick Morgan;two sons,George Morgan of Chattanooga,Tenn.,and Thomas Morgan of Baltimore,Md.,and four grandchildren,Adam,Michael,Kurt and Daniel Morgan. In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by two brothers,William and Albert Morgan and a sister, Isabelle. Friends will be received at the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 11 a.m. with Wesley A. Cramer officiating.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
