Obituary

Rosie Bubba Kroskie Muzina,87,of Arnold City,Belle Vernon,died suddenly Sunday,April 2,1989,at 7:54 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital,Monongahela. She was born in Brier Hill,Fayette County,on March 12,1902,the daughter of the late George and Telka Kroskie. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. She was preceded in death by her husband,Martin Muzina,who died on Dec.21,1967,two sisters,Heleh Worry and Annie Sabolek,and three brothers,Walter,Stanley and John Kroskie. She is survived by four sons,Joseph (Scags) Muzina,at home,John E.Muzina of Poland,Ohio,Steve Muzina of Gillespie,Fayette City R.D.1,and Ed Muzina of Grindstone R.D.1,four daughters,Mrs.Joseph (Helen) Cikovich of Victorville,Calif.,Mrs.Donald (Sophia) Pritchard of Pittsburgh,Mrs.John (Mary) Hezlep of Pittsburgh and Mrs.Winfield (Rosella) DuBarr of Charleroi,one brother,Frank Kroskie of Fairhope,Belle Vernon,one sister,Mary Grdenic of Pittsburgh,one sister-in-law,Della Kroskie of Arnold City,Belle Vernon,one granddaughter,Mrs.Edmund (Nancy) Lhoest,who made her home with Mrs.Muzina,19 grandchildren,31 great-grandchildren,two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday until 11 a.m.when a prayer service will be held in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m.Wednesday in Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery,Belle Vernon. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home in in charge of arrangements.
