Theresa Matrozzo of 417 Pearl St.;Monessen;died Tuesday;April 3;1984;at 12:55 p.m.in the Washington County Health Center. She was 70. Mrs.Matrozzo was born Feb.19;1914;in Donora;a daughter of the late Dominick and Laura Josepesta Settimio. A Belle Vernon resident most of her life;she was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Mrs.Matrozzo was preceded in death by her husband;Fred Matrozzo;in 1973. Survivors include two sons;James J.Matrozzo and Fred Matrozzo;both of Belle Vernon;one daughter;Dolores Hauser of Monessen;a sister;Mrs.Charles (Loretta) Amoroso of Monongahela; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a prayer service will be held Friday;April 6;at 10:30 a.m.;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.in St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon.
