Charles Moore;of 10 Marion Villa;Belle Vernon died Friday;Aug.14;1981 in the South Hills Convalescent Home. He was 95. Born Feb.2;1887;in Italy;he had been a resident of the Belle Vernon area for over 60 years. Mr.Moore was a retired employee of the former American Glass Co.of Belle Vernon. He was a member of St.Sebastian’s Church;Belle Vernon. He was preceded in death by his wife;Frances Ann Moore on Feb.26;1981. Survivors include four sons;Edward Moore of Belle Vernon;John Moore of Okmulgee;Okla.;George Moore of San Clemente;Calif.;and Arthur Moore of Tampa Bay;Fla.;four daughters;Mrs.Caroline Fidnarik and Mrs.Clarence (Nora Rose) Taylor;both of Confluence;Mrs.Manuel (Lena) Rodriguez of Cleveland;Ohio and Mrs.Fosco (Frances Ann) Ferrari of Belle Vernon;28 grandchildren;31 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A prayer service will be held a the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian’s Church;Belle Vernon.
